- CAMPAIGN INFORMATION: For athletes who use our Services, your college and university prospects and offer details, the content you create as part of your campaign, such as “behind the scenes” footage or photographs, personal insights videos or messages, and other materials you provide as part of your use of the Services.
- TRANSACTIONS INFORMATION: If you are a fan, the details of any transactions you’ve completed with us, including amounts contributed to a campaign, the athletes, colleges, and universities you support, and any special purchases you make or contests you participate in.
- FINANCIAL INFORMATION: Information you provide to our third-party payment processor to contribute or receive funds, such as your banking information, contact information such as your phone number, email address, mailing address, and other billing details
- COMPLIANCE INFORMATION: Information you provide to us that is used for compliance purposes in connection the transactions we facilitate, such as your government ID, information needed for tax forms, or other information required by our third-payment processor.
- MARKETING INFORMATION: Details regarding informational or promotional materials you have requested or received from us, and information on your marketing or communication preferences.
- COMMUNICATION INFORMATION: Details of any communications or inquiries you submit to us, including support requests, whether through email, calls, or other features available in our Services.
- USER CONTENT: Information you provide in public forums within our Services, or information sent directly to another user via a post or similar functionality, whether the content is a photograph, video, or comment. Note: you are solely responsible for the nature of the content you make available via any public forum features of our Services. We reserve the right to refuse to post or remove any content in our sole discretion.

- We collect information you provide to us when you access and use our Services, (if you are an athlete) engage us to help you run a campaign, (if you are a fan) use our platform to support athletes, colleges, and universities, request information from us, register with us (including when you link your profile on a third-party site or platform with your registration account), participate in public forums or other activities on our sites and applications, respond to user surveys, or otherwise interact with us.
- We collect information automatically and instantaneously through a variety of technologies we deploy on our Services, such as cookies, Flash cookies, pixels, tags, gifs, software development kits, application program interfaces, and Web beacons, including when you visit our Services or use our Services, whether or not you are logged in or registered, and whether you access the Services from one or multiple devices or browsers. - To manage bug detection and error reporting, troubleshoot issues with the Services and resolve technical issues.

- Other Users: We provide a platform where fans can contribute to athlete campaigns and where athletes can share content with fans. Note, your participation in our marketplace necessarily requires that we may certain information you provide with other users of the platform. For example, when you contribute to a campaign, the campaign owner (the athlete) will receive information about your contribution so that the campaign owner can, for example, send you perks. Please note that once we share your personal information with a campaign owner, the information received by the campaign owner is controlled by that company and becomes subject to the campaign owner’s privacy practices.
- Our Service Providers: We disclose personal information to those service providers we use to facilitate our business operations and administer the Services. For example, our IT providers, website hosting providers, and vendors we use to facilitate and process payments.
- Financial Services Vendors: We disclose certain types of payment information to necessary third parties for compliance purposes, such as payment processing or identity verification. For those who create a campaign, we may disclose information to necessary third parties for financial compliance purposes, such as preparing for campaign disbursement or sending you tax forms.
- Our Affiliates and Partners: We may disclose your information to carefully selected companies so that they can send you offers and promotions about their products and services. We may also disclose your personal information with third-party sites or platforms, such as social networking sites. Please note that once we disclose your personal information to another company, the information received by the other company is controlled by that company and becomes subject to the other company’s privacy practices.
- Marketing and Analytics Vendors: We may disclose your personal information to marketing and advertising vendors that may assist with lead generation, hosting information relating to customers and business partners and potential customers or business partners, marketing automation, advertisement placement and targeting, and marketing campaigns and communications, or analytics vendors in order to understand our Services traffic and usage patterns, optimize our Services, and identify potential new users.

Children’s privacy
People under 13 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) are not permitted to use Roy on their own. Roy does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 and children under 13 are not permitted to register for an account or use our Services. If we become aware that a child under age 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete it.
