Roy Sweepstakes
1. Promotion Overview
The Roy NCAA College Football Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins on
October 5, 2024, at 12:01 AM ET and ends on October 31, 2024, at 11:59
PM ET (“Promotion Period”). One lucky participant will be randomly
selected to receive two (2) tickets to a Division 1 NCAA college football
game of their choice in November 2024. No purchase is necessary to enter
or win. The winner will be selected from eligible entries received during the
Promotion Period.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, who have
reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence at the time of
entry and are physically located in the eligible territory, except where
prohibited by law. Employees of Roy Inc. (“Sponsor”), their immediate
family members, and any other parties involved in the development,
production, or administration of the Promotion are not eligible to
participate.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, participants must complete one of the following
methods during the Promotion Period:
Method 1: Download the Roy app from the App Store or Google Play and
create a fully completed and valid fan profile.
Method 2: Make a valid payment towards an athlete’s campaign on the Roy
platform. To qualify, participants must choose an athlete and make a
payment through the Roy app. Payments are subject to the terms and
conditions of the athlete’s campaign, including those related to exclusive
content and eligibility requirements. Payments do not guarantee any
additional benefits beyond the services outlined in the campaign agreement,
and only one payment per campaign per user will be counted as an entry.
Method 3: Alternatively, participants may enter without downloading the
app by mailing a 3×5 card with their full name, mailing address, phone
number, and email to Roy Sweepstakes Entry, 1665 Utica Ave S, Suite 300C,
St. Louis Park, MN 55416. Mailed entries must be postmarked by October
31, 2024, and received by November 5, 2024
Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or
otherwise non-compliant with these official rules will be disqualified. No
which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Division 1 NCAA college
football game of their choice in November 2024. The winner will inform Roy
of the game they would like to attend, and Roy will purchase the tickets and
deliver them electronically to the winner. The approximate retail value
(“ARV”) of the prize will vary based on the game selected but will not
exceed $5,000. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the prize is
permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Any costs or expenses
associated with the receipt, acceptance, or use of the prize, including travel
or accommodations, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is
responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.
5. Winner Selection and Odds of Winning
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received
during the Promotion Period in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor
or its designated representative within five (5) business days after the end
of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible
entries received. The random drawing will be conducted in compliance with
applicable laws and regulations. All decisions by the Sponsor regarding the
selection of the winner are final and binding.
6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within five
(5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within
seven (7) days of initial notification. If the potential winner does not respond
within this timeframe, if the email is undeliverable, or if the potential
winner is determined to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an
alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining
eligible entries.
7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and its affiliates the
right to use their name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and entry
details for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes worldwide,
without further compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited
by law.
8. General Terms
rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these
rules or engages in fraudulent or deceptive practices. The Sponsor reserves
the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in its sole discretion,
including for fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its
control that impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. In
the event of cancellation, a random drawing may be conducted to select a
winner from among all eligible entries received up to the point of
cancellation.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its
affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any and all liability
arising from or related to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance,
use, or misuse of the prize.
10. No Affiliation Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or
associated with, any university, college, school, or similar educational
institution, Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other third-party platforms,
advertisers, media partners, or influencers, including podcast companies.
Any references to such entities are purely for descriptive purposes and do

5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period in a random drawing conducted by Roy or its designated representative. The drawing will be held within five (5) business days after the end of the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations to ensure fairness. Roy reserves the right to use a third-party service to facilitate the drawing process. All decisions by Roy regarding the selection of the winner are final and binding.
6. Prize Details
The winner of the Roy $5,000 Sweepstakes will receive a cash prize of $5,000. The prize will be awarded in one lump sum, either via check or electronic bank transfer, as determined by Roy and in coordination with the winner. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $5,000. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs or expenses associated with the receipt, acceptance, or use of the prize. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of profile creation within five (5) business days following the random drawing. Roy will also attempt to contact the winner via other available methods, such as a phone call or in-app notification, if applicable. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the initial contact to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, or if the email address provided is invalid or undeliverable, the winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected through a new random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Roy is not responsible for any notification that is lost, misdirected, or undelivered due to any reason beyond its control.
